Natalie Dyuk
Natalie Dyuk biography
Born in Ukraine and based in Kyiv, Natalie Dyuk is a visual artist working primarily in drawing and collage. Her creative journey began in childhood, where early interests in drawing gradually evolved into a dedicated creative practice. While working mainly in digital illustration, her practice has gradually shifted toward physical materials — paper, canvas, — as a way to stay grounded and connected to the tactile process of making.
At the core of her work is the recurring figure of a woman — a symbol of transformation, return to self, and the search for wholeness. These figures often appear within dreamlike spaces shaped by memory and emotion.
In 2021 her work was featured in the group exhibition “Woman. Beauty. Harmony” at Spivakovska ART: EGO Gallery in Kyiv, where she was recognized as one of the winners. Following the exhibition, her collage was selected for a printed calendar series.
Natalie pursued formal training through a number of art courses. These include an online illustration course at Projector Institute (2020), commercial illustration and composition at the School of Visual Communication in Kyiv (2014), a commercial fashion illustration course (2016), an online course in pencil portrait drawing (2024), and adult Sunday art classes (2024). Each of these experiences has contributed to the growth and depth of her artistic voice.
